Applied for and obtained all necessary permits for the $13m reconstruction of a new course lengthened to more than 7,100 yards and changed into a par 72 layout on 670-acre wildlife sanctuary. Permits include: Building Permit, NIC Lake Excavation Permit, Vegetation Removal Permit, Littoral Zone Permit, 404 Permit, and Standard ERM Permit Application. Conducted Environmental Assessment and performed Tree Survey and tree tagging, of 323 trees on course.
